I have arrived!!!

Friends, I have made it!!!, my days got longer and internet conection was not great, so I could not update you, I apologize. 
Since Monday (6/30) I have not been able to write because as I came closer to Santiago, room in the albergues became sparse and many times at the end of my riding day [...]

We did it!

Yes we completed our missions and completed our rides in the Tour de Cure yesterday. Sughey did 40 miles and I did 62.5 miles in 3:45 and 4:45 hours respectively (including rest stops) Here is an account of my ride:

A nice ride on the canal

The weather in Rochester has been fantastic for the last 10 days. Today Sughey and I took a nice ride on the Canal from Fairport to Pittsford. It was a nice 17 miles.

Training during winter

I grew up in beautiful Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela where I lived until I was 18. This time of the year temperatures there range from 70 F to 90F. For me this is an ideal range of temperatures for running, biking or doing any outdoor activity.
